Kent R. Brown is a west Kentucky native, born and raised in Madisonville, KY. Kent received his undergraduate degree from the University of Louisville in 2006, where he studied political science and clerked for the Kentucky Commission on Human Rights. During this time Kent developed a strong passion for the law and for aggressively protecting the rights of others.
Kent continued his education and earned his Juris Doctor at The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, IL. While in school, Kent clerked for the Hopkins County Attorney’s Office as well as Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office, where he worked within one of the largest unified court system in the world, Cook County, Illinois.
After practicing corporate, civil, and criminal law in Chicago for years, Kent returned to Kentucky to work as a public advocate. It was during this time that Kent developed a passion for serving indigent clients who needed professional guidance. While working as a public advocate Kent conducted several successful jury trials and litigated hundreds of cases on the behalf of clients in numerous courts across the Commonwealth.
Kent has years of experience fighting for his clients, both in court and out. Kent brings this same determination and fight for our injured clients.
