How Did the Lexington Accident Occur?
On Tuesday, December 31, 2024, at 6:39 AM EST, C was traveling westbound towards his place of work on Ironworks Pike in Lexington in his work van.

After being discharge on January 3rd, 2025 C maintained routine consultation with his orthopedic surgeon throughout the year, up until October 8th. C had been on leave of work for this entire period, and during this October visit noted that C had been regressing in his treatment with recurring, and even new pains ailing him.
C underwent rigorous physical therapy throughout all of 2025, but he continued to have pain and weakness in his affected limbs. X-rays showed that his fractures had still not fully healed as of October 8th.
