Injury lawyer Flora Templeton Stuart filed suit against a facility for special needs children
who had allowed another resident to physically abuse our client who was a young boy in the
facility. It was necessary for Flora Templeton Stuart to take this to a jury trial who rendered
a verdict of $300,000 against the facility for allowing this abuse of the young man. This case
was litigated for many months from the Law Firm of Flora Templeton Stuart. This settlement was
placed in trust funds for the child.
