Flora Templeton Stuart
Flora Templeton Stuart holds a BA from Western Kentucky University as an honor student and received her Juris Doctorate from Salmon P. Chase Law School in 1976. She has the distinction of being the first female attorney to litigate circuit court cases in Bowling Green. Ms. Stuart served as Public Advocate representing indigent clients with many noteworthy cases, including the successful defense of a young woman with appearances on Phil Donahue and Good Morning America. She was featured in Time Magazine (Full article…) and SOKY  and was recognized with a Women of Achievement Award and the Donated Legal Services Award.
Flora Stuart represents the injured in automobile and semi truck collisions. She is an active member of the Kentucky Justice Association, American Association for Justice and trucking litigation group, Kentucky Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association and the Bowling Green – Warren County Bar Association.
Flora Stuart is licensed to practice in Kentucky, Tennessee, US Federal District Court and the Western District of Kentucky, the Supreme Court of Kentucky and has been ad hoc counsel throughout the country in truck and auto collisions. Ms. Stuart has been recognized throughout the country for her representation of her clients.
Ms. Stuart believes in serving her community and founded BG Onstage with opportunities for exceptional youth and The Twice Exceptional Foundation at Western Kentucky University. Ms. Stuart is active in countless community activities while she frequently lectures in local schools as a former certified teacher.
